Two kinds of information get covered below. One arrives through this storefront. The other is generated by the lines themselves, once switched on. Families are itemised one at a time, since a page of abstract categories tells a buyer nothing at all.
Written into the log on 28 August 2026Starlight IT Services is a name to trade under. Behind it stands Fortify 24x7. Every decision about information, whether it arrived through this site or came out of a running service, gets made there. Throughout this page, the word we points at Fortify 24x7 and nobody else.
Questions land at support@starlightitservices.com, where a person opens them.
This site is quiet on purpose. Nothing follows you across it. Nothing builds a picture of you. No outside script is fetched in order to watch what you do here. Three things get stored, and here they are.
Stripe owns the page where money changes hands. The long number, the expiry, the three digits on its back: each of them typed into Stripe, and none of them into anything of ours. None crosses over here, none is displayed to our staff, and none is recorded in a system we operate.
Returning the other way is a short list. An address for correspondence. A business name. Which lines were chosen, at what counts. The health of the subscription. A pair of internal Stripe references, one for the customer and one for the subscription.
Operating these services means touching whatever the enrolled systems put out. The list below applies selectively, and your lines decide which parts of it are live.
All of it is touched under instruction from you, in order that a purchase gets delivered. It is not mined. It is not analysed for our commercial benefit. It is not for sale. None of those three sentences changes when market conditions do.
Raise an observation, in the portal or by letter, and everything stays fastened to it: subject, description, engineer notes, attachments. That record lives in the service desk system we run, so a problem and its own history stay together.
A managed service runs on machinery other companies own. Each name listed handles material on our behalf, under a contract with us, and every one of them puts out a notice that repays reading.
Disclosure past that list happens only where a law compels it. Nothing personal is sold, and nothing personal goes anywhere near an advertising profile.
Closing an account begins a conversation rather than a ticket. Written confirmation follows, naming each thing removed and the date of its removal. Because destruction timing varies between platforms, that letter describes the configuration you actually have, and not a general rule.
Local law may hand you a right of access, a right of correction, a right of deletion, or the right to object to one particular use. Raise it and the matter gets worked through alongside you. No fee attaches, and asking carries no consequence at all.
Where a business bought the service and we process on its behalf, its employees should approach their employer first. Answering that employer is then our job.
Access gets granted against a task, never by default. A second factor is required on our own sign in. Anything done within a customer tenant writes a log entry. Read that as practice described, not perfection promised, because whoever promises the latter is mid pitch.
Anything material moves the stamped date above. Should a change alter the treatment of material handed over previously, account holders get told outright and are not left to work it out.
