These terms cover anything bought through the storefront. They are deliberately brief, and where a limit exists it is written into the sentence rather than left for you to work out from a definition three sections earlier.
Written into the log on 28 August 2026The brand on this storefront is Starlight IT Services. The company selling to you is Fortify 24x7. Everything bought here is bought from Fortify 24x7, invoiced by Fortify 24x7, and shown on a card statement as FORTIFY 24X7. No second company sells anything on this site.
Ordering means accepting these terms for the business you are ordering on behalf of, and confirming that you are permitted to do so.
A line is one capability, running on one named vendor platform, charged monthly against the unit printed alongside it. Its field notes set out that capability and mark where it runs out. Treat those pages as part of what is being signed.
Counts are declared by you. Should the real number outgrow the paid one, you get told and asked to correct it. Nobody bills the difference in silence.
The almanac becomes a single subscription. Charging runs against your card monthly, always ahead of the period covered. The opening charge happens at checkout and sets the anniversary.
Stripe processes the card. The number is never visible to us and is never held on this site.
Stripe retries on its usual pattern and we write to you. An unpaid subscription can be suspended and then cancelled. On backup lines that means copies stop being taken, and later stop being held.
Speak to us early. A payment problem raised in advance is paperwork. The same problem found afterwards can cost you data.
We provision what was bought, keep the platforms licensed and running, keep the desk staffed continuously, work findings as they arrive, and say so plainly when something falls outside the lines you hold.
We will not invent a response time for a marketing page. A committed target belongs in a scoped agreement measured against your real estate, and that conversation is open whenever you want it.
You enrol the devices and connect the tenants the lines apply to. You keep the counts honest. You grant the access the work needs. You nominate what matters on the backup lines. You tell us when things change, since equipment nobody mentioned is equipment nobody watches.
You also confirm that you hold authority to have these products deployed on the systems and accounts you point us at.
No promise of prevention appears anywhere on this site. No promise that an incident will not occur. No promise of an outcome. What is for sale is a set of named controls, run continuously by people, each with its limits written down.
None of this constitutes legal, regulatory or insurance advice, and none of it makes a business compliant with anything by itself.
So far as law permits, our liability here is capped at whatever was paid for the affected lines across the three months preceding a claim. Loss of profit, loss of business and indirect loss all sit outside that cap.
Nothing on this page limits whatever cannot lawfully be limited.
Anything the services touch belongs to you throughout. We hold it to deliver what was bought and for nothing besides. It is not sold. It does not train products for our benefit. It reaches no third party unless the law compels it.
Stopping happens in the portal, or by letter to us, whenever you decide. A month already paid runs its course and never gets divided. Agents fall silent, copies cease, and retained data is destroyed on the schedule of whichever platform holds it, confirmed to you in writing.
An account can be ended by us over non payment, over misuse, or where continuing would endanger other customers. Each of those arrives with notice and with a reason.
These can change. A material change reaches account holders before it bites, and the stamped date above moves with it. Disliking a change is reason enough to stop, and the paid month still finishes.
Vendor platforms carry terms of their own, sent on request. An unenforceable clause here leaves the remainder standing. What has been agreed is this page, the field notes, and the documents linked from the footer. Nothing beyond those.
